Do you offer custom artworks?
At the moment, we do not offer custom-made artworks. Our collection consists exclusively of carefully curated designs in fixed sizes and formats. In the future, custom options may become available – we’ll be happy to keep you informed.
What if my artwork arrives damaged?
Damaged Goods During Transit Should your artwork be damaged during transit, we will, of course, ensure a solution is found.
Please follow the steps outlined below:
- Damage Report: If you notice any damage to your artwork, please send us a clear photo of the damaged item and the packaging within 7 days of receiving the package. You can conveniently submit these images via email or through our contact form.
- Internal Review: Upon receiving your damage report, we will carefully review the case internally. This will involve assessing whether the damage was caused by the shipping service or if there are signs of improper handling after delivery.
- Refund or Replacement: If the damage is found to be caused by the shipping process, we will, of course, replace your artwork free of charge. However, if the damage is determined to be due to improper handling by the customer, we reserve the right to decline a free replacement.

How long does shipping take?
After receiving the order confirmation via email, your order will be shipped within 3–7 business days. In exceptional cases, there may be slight deviations in the delivery time, and we kindly ask for your understanding.
Can I return my artwork?
Yes – you have the right to return your artwork within 14 days of receiving it.
To ensure a smooth return process, please follow the points outlined below:
- Timely Contact: Please contact us within the 14-day cancellation period – either by email or through our contact form – and inform us that you wish to exercise your right of return.
- Condition of the Artwork: A return is only possible if the artwork is in perfect, undamaged condition. Artwork with signs of use or damage cannot be accepted for return.
- Packaging: Ideally, you should return the artwork in its original packaging to avoid any damage during transport. If the original packaging is no longer available, please ensure that the artwork is securely and safely packaged to provide comparable protection.
Once we have reviewed the return and confirmed everything is in order, we will refund you the full purchase amount.
